Terms of use

Early-access terms for Claimvera. Last updated October 16, 2026.

Claimvera is in early access. These terms will be updated before general release, and we'll tell you by email when they change.

1. Who we are

Claimvera is provided by PODNalious Technologies LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we", "us"). Contact: steve@podnalioustechnologies.com.

2. What Claimvera is, and isn't

Claimvera is a review aid for medical billing professionals. It reads remittance files on your computer, checks codes against published lists, calculates deadlines, and uses AI systems from third parties to review denials and draft appeals. It is not legal or medical advice, it doesn't decide what is billed or sent, and AI systems can be wrong. Chances, scores and rule statuses are estimates. Calculated deadlines are a convenience and must be compared with the payer's notice, your contracts and the law. You are solely responsible for the claims, corrections and appeals you or your organization submit.

3. Your account

4. Patient information

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Claimvera to break the law, to submit false claims or appeals, to submit content you have no right to share, to try to get around usage limits or security, to probe or overload the service, or to build a competing product from its output.

6. Plans, trials and fees

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit and of the reviews and letters produced for you. You give us permission to process your content only to provide, secure and support the service. We don't use your content to train AI models. Saved reviews are deleted after the retention period shown in your account.

8. Code sets and third-party content

Code lists and policies come from their publishers (including CMS, X12 and the American Medical Association) and may change. Claimvera's plain-English summaries of denial codes are our own and are not the official wording. CPT is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Claimvera available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially during early access. AI providers or official websites may be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, Claimvera is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, denied or unpaid claims, missed deadlines, recoupments or penalties, and our total liability for any claim relating to Claimvera is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Claimvera and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or non-payment. Sections 2, 4, 10, 11 and 13 survive.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
